I provide freelance technology services including web development, app development, AI automation, and related digital services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal agreed upon before work commences.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Typically, a 50% advance is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project delivery. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership of all custom code and assets created for your project. Third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licences. I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Change requests must be submitted in writing.
I treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose project details to third parties without your consent.
My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable. Advance payments for unstarted work are refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

The advance payment (typically 50%) paid at project kickoff is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers time spent on discovery, planning, and initial development.
If you cancel a project before any work has begun (within 48 hours of payment), a full refund will be issued minus any transaction or processing fees.
If you choose to cancel a project midway, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amount paid beyond this will be refunded within 7 business days.
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications, please raise the concern within 7 days of delivery. I will work to resolve the issue. Refunds are issued only if the matter cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.
